Facebook.com/DuluthCommunitySchoolCollaborative. Follow Ignite Afterschool on FB to see youth workers around the state, including one of our own from Duluth! Facebook.com/IgniteAfterschool . Want to join the celebration? Get the toolkit from the National Afterschool Association! https://naaweb.org/naa-events/afterschool-professionals-appreciation-week'

As a collaborative intermediary organization, we get the unique opportunity to work across organizations filled with individuals who put their whole lives into working with and on behalf of young people. It's a truly inspiring part of our work and this week we'd like to share just a few of these wonderful people with you.

Please join us in saying thank you to Youth Workers across Duluth this week, many of whom didn't stop working with kids when the world shut down, but stepped up even more to serve young people and their families.

The National Afterschool Association is a professional association dedicated to lifting the people in the profession of out of school time youth work. They have created National Afterschool Professionals Appreciation Week, and have toolkits and media ready for you to use in your organization or social media to say thank you to the youth workers in your life.

With summer around the corner and most teachers taking off for summer vacation, youth workers are ready. Check out our Youth Program Finder to find free or low cost youth programs for school year and soon, for summer.

Thank you Youth Workers!

With Love,

The Duluth Community School Collaborative
