Program Development Director

Full-time Position, 40hrs/wk, exempt position, starting at $60,000/yr

The Duluth Community School Collaborative (DCSC) is seeking a dedicated and equity-driven Program Development Director to lead and support Full-Service Community School (FSCS) programming at three Duluth Public Schools (DPS) Community Schools: Myers-Wilkins Elementary, Lincoln Park Middle School, and Denfeld High School. This
primarily school-based leadership role focuses on the collaborative implementation of community school strategies that address the academic, social, and emotional needs of students and families. The Program Development Director will work with a highly committed team to increase access to comprehensive, culturally affirming learning and enrichment opportunities; promote student engagement and connection to school and community; improve attendance and academic achievement; and strengthen programs that support student and family wellbeing, basic needs and protective factors.

Program Support- Lincoln Park Middle School

Part-time Position, nonexempt position, $18/hr

​

​The Program Support is part of a team providing high-quality after-school programming focused on increasing students’ sense of belonging and engagement with their school. The after-school program will consist of students participating in a rotation of clubs, projects, sports and other activities. After-school programming provides students 1) a safe place to be after school, 2) the opportunity to build relationships with caring adults and their peers, and 3) a chance to explore their interests or find new ones
